Managing Director of Asset Management – Destinee Cilien
Destinee Cilien is responsible for the asset management of Bassin Bleu Capital portfolio. Before joining Bassin Bleu Capital, Destinee oversaw over 500 multifamily apartment units with Weller Management and Morgan Properties as a property manager, and eventually managed a $1.7B residential portfolio of assets in the Tampa FL market as a Regional Vice President. At Bassin Bleu Capital, Destinee will be overseeing the managers on the Property Management and Leasing & Compliance teams, including the Leasing & Compliance Manager and Property Managers. Destinee will provide guidance and leadership to the whole team staff, primarily through implementing policies and procedures and then observing performance.
Destinee has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida.
