Founder/Managing Partner – Rodney Cilien
Rodney was born in the Caribbean island of Haiti, and migrated to the US when he was 14 years old and he and his wife Destinee, along with their 4 children (3 boys and a girl) reside and work in Tampa, FL.
Rodney is a real estate investor active in the multifamily apartment space and is currently invested in the Tampa market. Real estate investing has always been a passion of his as he’s fascinated by the concept of creating passive income to achieve financial independence and wants to help others do the same along the way. While earning his MBA (Masters in Business Administration) Rodney spent several years in property management managing multifamily assets for the biggest apartment REIT in the country, and working at the largest Commercial real estate tax firm and the Big 4 servicing multiple real estate private equity firms as a consultant.
At Bassin Bleu Capital, Rodney currently oversees due diligence/acquisitions, capital raising efforts, investor relations and asset management for the firm.
